Chicken Pot Pie

My best friend, Christy, is a great cook.  This is one of her easy recipes that yield a delicious homemade taste.

salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. frozen mixed vegetables, dethawed
1-2 chicken breast halves, cooked and diced
2 ready-made pie crusts

Prepare bottom crust and place in bottom of pie pan.  Mix first 4 ingredients together and pour onto bottom crust.  Place top crust on mixture.  Flute pie crust edges and make vent holes on top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until filling bubbles and top crust is golden brown.
