Taco Soup

Carolyn's recipe that is so delicious and best served with shredded Cheddar, sour cream, avocado and corn chips or tortilla chips.  This makes a huge batch!

2 lbs ground beef
1 med. yellow onion, chopped
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
2 cans corn
1 can Rotel
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch mix


Brown beef and chopped onion.  Drain fat.  Add remaining ingredients (including juices).  Simmer for 30 minutes.  Serve.
