Spinach Salad

This recipe is from Joni, a church friend.  She makes some of the best food!


Salad:
1-2 bags of spinach
3 large mushrooms sliced (optional)
1 small can of mandarin oranges
handful of craisins
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
4 thin slices of red onion
1 cup slivered almonds, candied


Toss it all together!


Dressing:
1 TB poppy seeds (optional)
2/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 TB red onion
3/4 tsp salt


Blend in blender/food processor and drizzle over salad (makes enough for 2-3 salads)
