Baked Ziti

I love Italian food. . .it's in my blood!


1-16 oz pkg ziti pasta
24 oz Ricotta cheese
1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 egg
1-32 oz jar of spaghetti sauce (or homemade)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook pasta until al dente.  Mix drained ziti, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg and 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce.

Grease 9 x 13" dish.  Spoon in ziti mixture, top with remaining sauce and Parmesan cheese.  Bake for 30 minutes.  Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
